You pay a flat fee per month, and anytime you need to reset a password, change a phone name, troubleshoot something that is misbehaving, we login remotely and fix it for you ! We don't need to be on site for anything but adding cabling, adding lines or hardware onto the system, or activating phone jacks for the first time. When you sign up for a Remote Service Contract from TELiNPHO Communications, you will be sent a RAD (Remote Access Device) that will enable us to connect to your Meridian Norstar phone system when you want us to. These service Contracts are currently only available in Canada and the U.S .
