Resetting a Voicemail Box Password on Norstar Phone System

Dial Voicemail Administrators Login (Contact US or your phone guy if you do not know this)
13 Press OK
The display shows:

The display shows:

13 Enter the mailbox number (Same as extension #, except for reception which is usually mailbox 100)

7 Press softkey Reset
Message will say Password Reset To end session press Rls. The Password of that mailbox has been reset to 0000 (4 zero's)
**This is also the same procedure to change a name and other admin options Instead of pressing Reset at the Password prompt you press Next till you reach the item you need to change.
