With over 10 years experience of doing on-site service calls, we've come to the conclusion that most people waste money on service calls for things that can be done remotely. In fact, since ALL I DO is programming and installations, I'd say more than 60% of my service calls could have been taken care of remotely. Most Telephone Companies don't encourage this, as it's more profitable to send a technician for these simple changes. As a result, the companies / customers themselves don't know to look or ask for remote programming contracts.
Here is a list of things that you would get done for free, anytime you want, if you had a Remote Programming Service Contract with TELiNPHO. Think of how many times you've paid for having a technician come in to do just ONE of these things :

| Troubleshooting | Problems with the functionality of a particular phone, or something not working properly, we can investigate and repair the issue. (Calls not going to the right voicemail box, or not going to a mailbox at all, people calling in but the lines don't ring anywhere, etc etc etc)

| Phones Moving around | Call us before you move any phones, and we'll set-up your Norstar Phone system to have the phone programming FOLLOW THE PHONE to whatever phone jack you plug it into ! This means keeping your extension number and button programming ! (Obviously, the phone jack you plug it into must be connected to the phone system).

| Replacing Defective Phones | Your phone system very possibly keeps the programming of your phone INSIDE the phone, to facilitate moves. However, if you want to replace a defective phone with another phone, this feature isn't good because you will lose the extension number and button programming. Call us first, and we'll make sure that the phone programming stays in the phone jack, and not following the phone, making phone-swapping much easier ! :)

| Auto-Attendant (IVR) Voicemail programming Changes (CCR Tree) | Need to change who get's the calls for the "Sales Department", or "accounting", we can quickly change that for you remotely. This is always a hastle for system administrators TRYING to do it themselves. Create new paths in the IVR / Auto Attendant message can also be done.

Remote Programming Service Contracts have not yet begun. We will only officially launch it once we can offer a 24 hour service and always have someone available. If you would like to pre-sign up, at the ridiculously low introductory price of $40 per month, send us an email at remoteservice@telinpho.com . You will only be billed once the service is completely up and running, and you can opt-out anytime. (This is just to get an idea of how many people sign up right away) Please note that this is a fraction of a cost of a single service call, you're guaranteed to come out a winner with this service. Paying half the price of a service call, and getting all the maintenance on your system done whenever you need it, almost instantly. These prices will only be available for the people who sign up now, it will be slightly more later once we have a 24 hour person on staff for this.
